If you punch MKT then you will be in loss 2RsX Qty
Go and find good mentor. Try to build your psychology. Then start paper trading when your confidence cones up try with real money with 1lot. There is no way to recover losses. Try to be profitable. Make some rules according to your mindset
Sell weekly OTM in BN.. Whenever you satisfied with profit or loss just exit.
