โข The Reserve Bank of India has directed Bajaj Finance Limited to stop the sanction and disbursal of loans under two of its lending products, 'eCOM' and 'Insta EMI Card', due to non-compliance with digital lending guidelines.
โข The action will be reviewed after Bajaj Finance rectifies the deficiencies to the satisfaction of the RBI.
โข The RBI has previously taken action against other players in the industry for non-compliance with digital norms.
