Just read this about Risk Management, you will understand.
How much ready to lose in one Trade= 1% of entire capital
Example Capital = 50000
Ready to lose in one Trade= 1% of 50000 = 500
Fixed SL points= loss per trade/lot size
i.e. 500/25 = 20 points

@balu240898 thanks a lot for this valuable suggestion. I never focussed on futures as I don't have knowledge and never tried to understand the concept.
So you mean futures dont have decay and can hold for a long time.
