Learn about price action because when you know the structure of the market you will not need any indicator
Yess you can make 10% but then you have take big risk and also you need to deploy big percentage of your capital per trade. So, theoretically it's possible but it's not a good thing to do because when you will be in loosing streak you will blow up your very soon
