bro start with 1 lot of your starting 3 months if you're able enough to make an 10-20% then start with your whole capital at your own risk but I suggest you do trading here at least 1 month then you can go for the real trade

why do you only need sensex ? search a index on your brokerage and see the option chain of every index you will find put or call option but option trading is not just only to know the how to buy or sell anything you need to do technical analysis before buying anything don't jump ...
