@sachinsingh99 you are right but dont know sometimes i break my own rules…i maintain journal also but phir bhi jab loss hota he toh revenge trading suru ho jata he because i cant accept my loss…thats the thing where im stuck and also my risk management is not good….

@bhuppi-BJB8bKfis thank you for advice …but i dont think paper trade help buddy…everone is profitable on paper trade…pshycology do not work in paper trading unless you do it with real money..

To be honest switch to swing tarding..don do option buying especially on index..
