After that paper trade only for some weeks, month
Analyse your strategy
Check where you are going wrong
Replan your strategy
Again paper trade
When you see profit for pre decided time
Then trade actually

yes, it is legal.
As trading account is linked with the bank account of same person. The amount you will transfer to your parents account will be treated as their income or gift from you. so all tax implications will be Bourne by your parent only.
