Some ways to manage it are
1)Do not look at your P&L but at the chart and your trade, and don't look at the chart after Every minute also
2) have a proper strategy or setup which you have backtested.

This is a Heiken ashi chart, the Blue candles represent change in trends,
But blu candles can also be used to signify specific conditions like, high volatility, or high volume etc.
