Don't ever get in a trap with these types of notes, because it won't help you cover your losses, but it'll help you increase your losses. It's a proven & tested formula when I was a beginner at some point. Stay away, stay safe.

Yes, you can trade, it'll depend on the price of the Strike Price. Suppose the price of any Strike Price is 400 in BankNifty, it'll cost you 400x30= 12000/-.
Same you can calculate by yourself for other Indexes.
