If this might not be the case, you have never seen Sharp Move either upside or downside immediately after that. 
It's called Liquidity Hunting. 
Liquidity Inducement, etc.

ADVANTAGE
It has its own Charts, Sector etc. 
Little influence by other external factors except in some rare cases like News Or Crash. 
It's much better if you have great chart reading skills. 
DISADVANTAGE
Too much low liquidity. 
Not good for intraday always.
