Indian mutual funds don't usually invest 100% in treasury bonds directly. They use a fund of funds (FOF) structure, where they invest in another fund that holds the treasury bonds. (like DSP, Bandhan,Aditya Birla Sun Life US Treasury Bond FOF.)

I don't think there's an SIP for ETF. If SIP is available for ETF, do let me know which platform is offering it.
It must be GOLD ETF FOF if SIP option is allowed, which is a kind of mutual fund.
ETF ka matalab EXCHANGE TRADED FUND, which is a closed ended fund.

First of all, there is no SIP for Gold ETFs . It is Traded on exchange.
Forget about Gold Mutual Funds, price is too high compared to Gold ETFs.

3.add one with Global Innovation Fund Of Fund (by DSP or Motilal Oswal) and

Instead of PSU , go for Nifty Index Fund or Flexi Cap in equity and One Multi Asset Hybrid.
Because PSU are in correction right now. It might not generate good returns for the next couple of years.
Portfolio Rebalancing is a must if you plan to invest for long term.
