Good option would b BPCL instead of IOC
Don't buy, almost all people are stuck at higher levels that's one reason it won't go up in near future coz as soon as it will go up, stuck people will try to come out... Second thing it doesn't have any unique business, there's is a lot of other competitive peers in market
