Everybody likes good, tasty food. Just because you like it, you cannot over eat it. Over eating causes indigestion. Precisely that is what is happening to you. Over trading causes losses.

Who is a good broker is a debatable question.
My suggestion is to open an account with someone who has a permanent office your your town/city.

Ask yourself why you want to get into intraday trading in options while you are basically an investor. If your answers have clarity, then don't go around asking for suggestions.

It depends on you whether you know how to trade safely.
In trading more than safety, focus on risk management.
Every trade carries risk and you must know that once entry is made, all that you can do is to manage it. Focus on it and you will not regret it.

If you are in intraday trading, then stick with the Nifty50 or one of those active next indexes. Preferably stick with one or two instruments and trade regularly in it, instead of jumping from one branch to another like monkeys.

I prefer 2 minutes. 5 or 10 minutes also good for some. Higher time frames for intraday is a waste as you miss most of the trades. I do not know what others think of me; just don't care. If you are risking your money, then take a call and do it as per your self-defined plan. You ...
