**Business Updates & Highlights**:
Q4FY20 EBITDA is around INR 134.9 Cr Vs. 171.3 Cr in Q4FY19 Vs. 129.1 Cr in Q3FY20 therefore declined by 21.6% in YoY and up by 3.9% in QoQ. EBITDA margin is around 9.9% Vs. 12.6% Vs. 10.1%.
FY20 EBITDA is around INR 573 Cr Vs. 642 Cr in FY19 therefore declined by 10.8% in YoY. EBITDA margin is around 9.5% Vs. 11.8% in FY19.
**Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (50%) for the financial year 2019-20 will be paid on or before 5th September 2020**
ROE and ROCE is around INR 22% and 32% respectively and book value per share is around INR 190 and share is currently trading at 11.1x of its book value. Company is currently trading at annualized PE of around 55 which is high as per Industry benchmark. Promoter holding is around 75% in the company which is very strong and stable. FIIs and mutual fund hold around 3.8% and 8.1% in the company and which is decreased in this quarter by FIIs and slightly increased by mutual fund. Cash and cash equivalent from operating activities as of March 2020 is around INR 380 Cr Vs. 402 Cr as of March 2019. Company is virtually debt free.
Position: Share strong support price is INR 2,020. Long term investor should continue with the company.
**Share View**: Share price high 2,570 (52 week) and now 2,110. Whirlpool of India is engaged in a leading manufacturer of home appliances. It is primarily engaged in manufacturing and trading of Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Microwave Ovens and Small appliances and caters to both domestic and international markets.
Opportunities: Company has strong and diversified portfolio which includes all Kitchen appliances, ACs, Washing machines etc. Company is aggressively expanding their business into kitchen appliances like chimney, hobs etc. Highly follow corporate governance with strong MNC hold. Due to the Covid-19 impact company business impacted during the March 2020.
Risk: Seasonal ACs business can be hamper and will be impact on Q1FY21 quarter also. Expensive valuation as compare to their peers.
