ā¢ Tata Consultancy Services has appointed Elizabeth Mathew as head of TCS LeaD, an internal program to promote diversity and leadership at the senior level.
ā¢ Mathew will have the responsibility to nurture leadership talent and oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
ā¢ TCS has seen over 15 new leadership changes since CEO K Krithivasan took the helm in July.
