India's largest IT services company, TCS, has asked employees to follow a proper dress code as they return to the office. Approximately 70 per cent of TCS's workforce has already transitioned back to office-based work. TCS's Chief Human Resources Officer emphasized the importance of integrating the new workforce with the existing TCS community.
