ā¢ Tata Motors' arm Tata Technologies has finalised the offer price for its IPO at Rs 500 per equity share, with the public issue being subscribed 69.43 times on the final day of subscription.
ā¢ The IPO comprises an offer for sale of 4.63 crore equity shares by Tata Motors, 97.17 lakh equity shares by Alpha TC Holdings Pte Ltd, and 48.58 lakh equity shares by Tata Capital Growth Fund I.
ā¢ Tata Technologies is the first company from the Tata Group to float an IPO in nearly two decades, with the last one being Tata Consultancy Services in 2004.
