ITC has been ordered by a consumer court in Chennai to compensate a consumer with Rs 1 lakh due to a missing biscuit in a pack of "Sun Feast Marie Light" biscuits. The consumer, Dillibabu, purchased two dozen packets of biscuits to feed stray animals but found that one packet had only 15 biscuits instead of the advertised 16.
