IOC: The state-owned fuel retailer on Wednesday signed a contract with Russia's Rosneft Oil Company to import 2 million tonnes of crude oil per annum from the nation. The agreement was signed during India-Russia delegation-level talks. According to an ANI report, the two countries reviewed investments between India's state-owned n oil and gas companies and Rosneft.
