ā¢ The Delhi High Court has stayed the Enforcement Directorate's proceedings against Hero MotoCorp's CMD Pawan Munjal in an ongoing money laundering investigation.
ā¢ The ED had alleged that Munjal used foreign currency issued in the name of others for personal expenditure abroad and attached his assets worth Rs 24.95 crore.
ā¢ The Delhi High Court stayed proceedings of the DRI, on which the ED case is based, after Munjal was exonerated by the CESTAT in March 2022.
