The Delhi High Court has granted a stay on the criminal proceedings against Hero MotoCorp, its chairman Pawan Munjal, and officials in a case of alleged forgery. The court has ordered the stay until December 6 and has also suggested the possibility of a settlement. Hero MotoCorp had challenged the trial court's order to register an FIR against them.
