Vix can also tell, usually in-between 13 to 20 is a stable market.
You cannot predict the market so make one high-probability setup and stick to it. Give stop loss if the market takes it. You know your setup as you backtest it, forward tested it, and also paper tested it. I hope you have done this in your setup.

If I buy one lot in the current expiry and I forget to square off on the last date before 3:20 I get any penalty or extra charge?
