Ex: Suppose Bank Nifty is trading at 43000 (ATM ) then the strike prices it already crossed are ( ITM ) like 42900,42800 and ( OTM ) are the strike prices which the market is not trading at 43100, 43200. 
2. ITM strike prices react stronger to the market and OTM moves slow.

@vatsal1 I'm an amateur to be precise. Coming to challenges I find it difficult to trade because before taking a trade i re-evaluate my decision and just sit instead of taking a trade and it blows up, some times opposite. More to tell but this tells where I'm standing at
