Only 2 situations benefit any nation's market, FII love their market more than others or there are no FIIs. Unfortunately, both cannot take place.

What the middle class really wants is STCG tax to be reduced to 10% and LTCG tax to be reduced to 5%.
Middle class families are now massively investing and hence, require minimal Capital Gain tax in order to grow its wealth.
