° Start watching the marker for sometime. 
° Fix 10 different stock or Instruments 
° Note high, low, open, close of today and yesterday. (Know the range)
° Watch for breakouts ( above previous high, below previous low)
° understand the the possible time for entry...

* Two small cap funds - SIP 
* Two Multicap - SIP
* Two Large Cap - Buy often
* Two Trust funds - NFO Buy till NAV 20/-
* one sectoral / thematic SIP

Test of character plays a vital role.
Mutual funds need action only once in a year.
All we need to do is that consistent investment month on month. 
Power of compounding will be seen only after a long period, say 20 to 25 years
