See any trading works from apps to execute the trade and brokers to deposit funds in. So first choose a broker from exness or fxtm then learn and get familiar with mt4 or mt5 this is where you execute the trades after which what scripts you can trade can be seen in the broker app...

You need a strategy and learn when will Market go up or down this will come with experience so until then do loss that's ok this is the only way you'll learn but try to put smaller capital and with time you'll understand everything
Yess crypto is great for you as you're young you can experience better returns and a bigger Market. Go for it

You are talking about which segment? For options selling me added advantage hota hai and it is risky isliye usme zyada margin mangte hai ki loss bear krne wala hi usme kaam kre.

Yess kr sakte hai provided koi woh price pr woh option kharidne ready ho matlab liquidity honi chahiey market me to kr sakte hai aisa.
Price action and smc is same but to answer your question smc is better it predicts market more accurately but that wont make you a better trader just a better analyst.
