Any specific reason for investing in thematic based funds?
Mention your time horizon and risk appetite.
Overall portfolio looks good. Since your portfolio have high equity exposure u can also have a look at funds from hybrid category.
I am looking for good Pharma fund to start SIP. Any views.

Agreed. But personally I prefer ETF's.
U want to start SIP's or lumpsum.
What exactly u want to know .
U can use online calculator to get a rough idea.
Also have a look at funds from hybrid schemes such as BAF, multiasset.
Avoid investing in multiple schemes of similar theme. 4-5 funds in a portfolio are more than enough.
What is your time horizon.
Depends on individual to individual..
How much percentage of the portfolio would be invested large , mid and small cap.
Avoid multiple schemes of similar themes.
Avoid two schemes of similar theme.
