Don't do this ever telling you from personal experience. Always invest your money only. Doing a business via loan would be different, but investing via loan is not at all a good decision.

Hdfc tax saver is a good option in elss category, and in the small cap category, hdfc small cap and axis small cap are good options.
Further, your portfolio is good, but try to invest in an hdfc dividend too.

Don't invest in equity funds. The market is already at a very high level, and if it falls now, it will take time to recover. So, it's better you invest in debt funds.

If you invest for long term it is very safe plus the maximum return you will get here.

In short term you have to pay 15% on profit and in long term 10% on profit but in long term on first 1 lakh you will get the exemption too.

yes, you can, but you have to bear the exit load, and it also depends on funds to fund. Read the details of that fund before investing.

Investing in direct stock would be fruitful for those who have knowledge about the stock market. Otherwise, it can be loss-making, too. Hence, mutual funds are better who have no knowledge and want to invest money.
