Thanks to great advice from members I am able to refrain from trade today after drawdowns for many days. Grateful for this community.

Bohut niraash sa ho gaya hun, kaam me man nahi ata hai, sirf losses recover kab honge lagta hai, mai accept nahi kar paa Raha, iss emotion se bahar kese nikla jaye.. kya aap bhi loss mei hai?
I think I will take break of 1-2 months already in last 14 months lost nearly 35 k in option buying
