Yes you can sell it on the same day
Or the next day (BTST)
Or hold as long as you want till the stock remain listed in the market.
But if you sell it on the same day, brokerage charge would be as per intraday tariff of that broker.

I have started from July, so I am 2 months junior to you.

my assumption :
it will list between 110-120
with in few trading days or week, will make a high between 130-145
eventually come below 100
with in 3-4 years time reach close to 200.

My personal opinion.
Gift nifty depicts mainly the fii fpi centiment.
Gift Nifty is the NSE international index, it remains open 20 hrs a day to facilitate the foreign investors of different time zone.
In my perspnal opinion,
For fresh entry,
1) wait for the price to cross over 69, with a stop loss of 66
2) wait for the price to again come down to 54-55 range with a stop loss of 50.
Honasa is still highly overvalued
Volume increase honeka chances bar jata hain.
Usse movement bar sakta hain.
Par movement upar ya niche kisi vi side ho sakta hain.
That depends on common market factors.
I would suggest you to invest in 4 different funds. 1K in each of the fund.
Mid cap fund
Small cap fund
Flexicap fund
Multi asset allocation fund.
While choosing the fund manager, look for lower expense ratio and Higher AUM
If it can sustain over 302-305 range then a bullish movement is possible.
Then 350 around is quite possible.
