Don't sell the funds use systematic transfer plan or switch partial funds to other assets like debt funds or gold or silver to lower risks when market will rise you'll get good amount of returns
If you don't want to sell holdings then use systematic transfer plan to transfer some funds in othe funds to decrease risk appetite
Try to heege it with other assets like gold and debt funds when market will rise then you'll get good amount of returns
If your risk tolerance is low you should stick to midcap to large cap funds with mixture of gold and silver
