@chandrams91 there are not much defence mfs available, 1 is of hdfc and other is just launched of motilal oswal. I recently invested in mo as its new so nav value was low and mo is a good mutual fund house. Please do your research before investing.

@rahulkumar5272 if you think so, then tell me why do funds have different returns, according to you funds covering same stocks should also have same returns. Kindly clarify.

@rahulkumar5272 diversification is fine. Coz fund type is same but fund house is different so its good and safe and good practise to invest like this.

Avoid lumpsum investment for now as market is trending quite high. Diversify your portfolio, start with sip. Initially if you want park the fund in liquid fund and do sip. I can suggest some funds then you can do your research before investing. You can dm me.

I think Fof should be avoided. And instead of 2 small cap funds, you can add 1 mid cap or flexi cap fund for more diversification.

Ok. Then you can think of it but diversify your fund and there are better sectoral funds than this. How much amount are you planning to invest monthly?

Avoid FoF. For lumpsums you can check MO mid cap, Nippon small cap, to keep some amount with low risk in parag parekh, some you can put in sectorial fund like defence etc, some in global like nasdaq. Market is on high right now, wait for a day when it will be correcting then inve...
