Since u wont be able to continue if 20% dd happens. U should ideally half the dd. So if cap requirement is 2 lac. Consider 4 lac as capital. That will bring down dd to 10% (which is still high in my opinion) and halfs the return to 37% (which is very good)

@singhappily yes. Also building a strategy with high reward to risk. Like 1:2. But then win rate needs to be as high as 50%.. it is difficult to find such edges in the market

@arumugampk i believe any standalone strategy either 0.5 expectancy is very good. Any system with rr of 1:2 would have expectancy > 1 if win rate is around 50%
