always trade in ATM or ITM(this wil give you consistancy), THATS it, if you are going to buy with small margin then buy 50 to 100 points gap on ITM.

@boopathip7155 leave trading for a while, only track chart.
nothing is more important than your rules about trading.
so again look out to your rules and make sure that you'll not repeat the same mistake.
the main reason when you were in loss, you want to recover your losses, when your loss is more then your current profit then you dont exit trade with small profit.
this is all about psychology.
