@learntradenearn im already doing swing trade in cash market so far it is good. So just wanted to explore on option from this year , planning to start.

Main thing that particular stock or index should be in trend not in sideways.
If ur strategy works in day trading , then choose ATM strike only. With in a day it wont decay. I m following same.
