and its not all about premiums it is about the testing of our technical analysis in the life market that will give us profit

Can anyone tell me some brokers of India which are giving refer and earn program
it is not accurate but we can make idea that it is making profit
can we first paper trade in options in market and then we can identify the premiums that are making profit then we can trade in real market with the same premium to make profit
why people don't use this simple strategy
in live trading ,can we first paper trade in options in suitable premiums and check if the premium is making profit and then we can trade in the real market with the same premium in paper trading.
why don't we follow this strategy
