After 1 year LTCG applied which is 12.5% above 1.25 lakh
And for before 1 year STCG applied which is 20%

Option 1 and 2 both are good but in small cap don't put all 50% in 1 fund
In small cap fund invest at least 2 and even 3 funds

For swp I suggest avoid pure equity funds because it is very volatile your capital goes down upto 50% and you are expecting 15% return which is only available in equity funds

@rajan1223 yes invest in "conservative hybrid funds" where you can generate 10% returns annually and withdraw your maximum amount 35k monthly

If your risk appetite is high then ⬇️
1. Nifty 50 index fund - 5k
2. Nifty Midcap 150 index fund - 5k
