पहले निवेशक कम थे, इसलिए सरकार के आश्वाशन की जरूरत थी उनके मार्केट में बने रहने के लिए। आज इतने ज्यादा निवेशक हैं कि सरकार भी जानती है उनके आश्वासन की आवश्यकता नहीं है अब। The investors have better understanding of market today than a decade ago.
