Dude in that way every indicator is PA tool. They all talk about prices
There are support indicators , fibonacci indicators , volume indicators its helps you to make your analysis
Psar and supertrend are not the only technical indicators.
As far accuracy is concerned nothing is accurate. And not all techincal indicators are useless. Without strategy you can gain profit
