Look if you wanna make serious money you have to let go of your beliefs, because you cannot invest in index funds and majority of mutual funds. Btw a lot of investment firms in UAE don't follow sharia principals.

Too much diversification
22 is not achievable no matter what fund you choose. You would be lucky to get 15% averaged returns for the next 10 years. If you want long term gain ( > 10 years) go for index. Mutual funds are not suitable for long term investment imo.
Also don't fall for these people telling ...
If you're gonna do risky funds , you might as well dabble in options
