TDSAT asks DoT not to take coercive action against Tata Comms over past LF dues
The Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has instructed the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) not to take any coercive action against Tata Communications regarding a demand for a licence fee of Rs 6,159 crore ($830 million) for past years. The demands have been challenged by Tata Communications and the TDSAT has directed the DoT to refrain from action until the next hearing.
