    Tata Steel
    Steel major Tata Steel Ltd reported consolidated net profit of Rs 1,705 crore for the January-March period. This is a fall of 82% from Rs 9,756 crore a year ago.

    Ambuja Cements
    Ambuja Cements' standalone net profit rose by a marginal 1.6% to Rs 502 crore for the three months ended March. Revenue from operations jumped 8% to Rs 4,256 crore for the quarter under review.

    Adani Total Gas
    Adani Total Gas reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 98 crore for the quarter ended March, up 21% over previous year period

    Coforge
    Promoter Baring Private Equity Asia has offloaded 3.5% stake in Coforge Ltd through the open market for Rs 887 crore.

    IndoStar Capital Finance
    The promoters of IndoStar Capital Finance are looking to sell about 14.2% stake in the company through an offer for sale (OFS), which opens on May 3.

    DCM Shriram
    DC Shriram has reported a 53% fall in net profit at Rs 187 crore for the fourth quarter, while revenues fell 3% to Rs 2,720 crore.

    KEI Industries
    KEI Industries posted a net profit of Rs 138 crore for the March quarter, while revenue came in at Rs 1,954 crore.

    Titan, Adani Wilmar, MRF, Havells, Godrej Properties
    Shares of Titan, Adani Wilmar, MRF, Havells, and Godrej Properties will be in focus today as the companies will announce their March quarter results.

    Mahindra Finance
    In April, the company saw overall disbursement at Rs 3,775 crore, delivering a 39% YoY growth. Healthy disbursement trends have led to business assets at Rs 83,900 crore, a growth of 1.4% over March 2023.

    Fino Payments Bank
    The company's net profit rose 25% year-on-year to Rs 22 crore for the quarter ended March, while revenues increased 13% YoY to Rs 323 crore.

    Godrej Consumer
    Godrej Consumer Board will consider a proposal of raising of funds by way of issuance of NCDs aggregating to an amount upto Rs 5,000 crore in one or more tranches.

    Home First Finance
    Home First Finance has reported a net profit of Rs 64 crore for the March quarter, while NII came in at Rs 112 crore.

    Spandana Sphoorty
    Spandana Sphoorty posted net profit at Rs 105 crore for the quarter ended March. NII for the same period stood at Rs 349 crore.

    UCO Bank
    Public sector lender UCO Bank posted its highest-ever net profit of Rs 1,862.34 crore for the fourth quarter

    Punjab & Sind Bank
    Punjab and Sind Bank recorded a net profit of Rs 457 crore in Q4FY23 against a net profit of Rs 346 crore in the same period last year, registering a growth of 32%.

    Newgen Software
    Newgen Software Technologies posted a net profit of Rs 78.6 crore for the fourth quarter of FY23, a 37% year-on-year (YoY) increase.

    Hindustan Zinc
    Hindustan Zinc's proposal to buy certain zinc assets from Vedanta Group for $2.98 billion in cash has lapsed as the Indian miner did not get shareholders' approval within the stipulated time limit, Reuters reported.
