MRF shares drop 0.31% as Sensex falls

Shares of the MRF Ltd. traded at Rs 85263.95 on BSE at 11:06AM (IST) on Wednesday, down 0.31 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 62944.5 and a high of Rs 89333.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 57.56 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 1478.99 per share and 1.96 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 70 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:06AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 36105.1 crore and is part of the Tyres & Tubes industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 6.05 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 3.21 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 85443.95 and Rs 83581.0.
