    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 89.5 points, or 0.53 per cent higher at 17,067.50, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Thursday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Medplus Health Services: The pharmacy retailer will make its debut on the bourses today as it raised Rs 1,398.30 crore via its initial public offering between December 13-15 and sold its shares in the range of Rs 780-796. Ahead of listing, it commanding a premium of Rs 150 per share in the grey market.

    Larsen & Toubro: The engineering major said its construction arm has bagged a significant order for its buildings and factories business from a reputed developer. The scope of work includes design and construction of entire civil structure, including waterproofing, masonry, plastering and electrical conduiting.

    Axis Bank: The private lender has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra Forest Department, offering special salary account 'Axis Republic' to their employees.

    Kotak Mahindra Bank: An arm of private lender announced it has acquired the passenger vehicle finance portfolio of the exiting Ford Motor Company's captive lending platform for an undisclosed sum. Kotak Mahindra Prime acquired Ford Credit India's loan portfolio of Rs 425 crore spread across 16,000 customers.

    Vedanta: The Anil Agarwal led miner said it plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs). In this regard, the company is holding a meeting of its duly constituted committee of the directors next week.

    ABB India: The engineering services company said its board has decided to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary to which it will sell its turbocharger business for Rs 310 crore. In June 2021, ABB India had informed bourses regarding its proposal to divest/sell its turbocharger business in the Process Automation business segment.

    Kesoram Industries: The cement products player lifted the suspension of work at the chemical dicision of its rayon factor at Kuntighat in Hoogly district of West Bengal. The factory is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cygnet Industries.

    CG Power and Industrial Solutions: The heavy electrical equipment player said the liquidation of its arm CG Ganz has been completed and its name has been deleted from the records of the local authority in Hungary where it was registered.

    PSP Projects: Gujarat Pollution Control Board has granted a Consent to Establish (NOC) for setting up of industrial plant for manufacturing of precast, and the company has started manufacturing activities.

    Ceinsys Tech: The company announced the acquisition of Allygrow Technologies, a technology-driven firm having a presence in the US, Europe and India and specialising in product design and robotics automation (manufacturing engineering) services.

    Vivanta Industries: The company has received a Letter of Intent from Vitaanova Healthcare Uganda, for the execution of a pharmaceutical project for manufacturing tablets, capsules and oral liquids on a turnkey basis.
