Corporate Radar: Veeram Securities to trade ex-bonus, Bajaj Auto, Tata Elxsi earnings & more

A host of corporate actions and board meetings are lined up for Friday.

Shares of Veeram Securities will trade ex-bonus. Its bonus share issues have been announced in the ratio of 1:2. The record date for the same is October 15.

Additionally, board meetings of Bajaj Auto, Federal Bank, Just Dial, Oberoi Realty, Shree Cements, Tata Elxsi and Kshitij Polyline, among others, are scheduled to consider quarterly results.

Spandana Sphoorty’s board will meet to consider and approve fundraising by non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

Also, Moneybox Finance’s board will meet to consider raising funds by issuance of rated, unlisted, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for an amount below Rs 20 crore.

The board meeting of Sukhjit Starch and Chemicals is also scheduled for Friday to consider and approve the sale/transfer of land, buildings and other fixed assets at Phagwara.

Moreover, the RR Metalmakers will consider a preferential issue of shares.
