Corporate Radar: Dividends, rights issue, bonus, Q4 results & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of Dynemic Products will become ex-rights today. The company had announced rights issue of 1 share for every 20 shares held, offered at Rs 450 apiece.

Shares of Vikram Thermo would be ex-bonus today. The company had announced a bonus issue in 4: 1 ratio.

Shares of three companies Procter & Gamble (Rs 41 per share) Coastal Corporation (Rs 2 per share) and KPI Green (Rs 2.1 per share) will go ex-dividend today. The three companies had announced interim dividends.

HDFC Bank, which had announced a final dividend of Rs 15.5, will go ex-dividend today. Indian Card Clothing company, which had announced a special dividend of Rs 25, will also go ex-dividend today.

Larsen & Toubro, Tata Motors, Siemens, Honeywell Automation, Tube Investments India, Aditya Birla Capital, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Poonawala Fincorp, Sheela Foam, Gujarat State Petronet and Apollo Tyres would be some of the companies which will announce their quarterly numbers of Thursday.

Among them, Sheela Foam board will also consider an ESOP. Matrimony.com board will consider a buyback of shares. Huhtamaki India will hold its AGM.

Anjani Portland Cement board may consider a rights issue today. Simplex Infrastructures, HCP Plastene Bulkpack, Remsons Industries and Real Touch Finance would be among companies holding EGMs today.
