SpiceJet, Goel Food Products and Alpha Hi-Tech Fuel are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Maruti Suzuki India and Soma Textiles & Industries will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Jonjua Overseas will meet today to consider the bonus issue. The board of Gokul Agro Resources and Kohinoor Foods will meet today to consider the rights issue of equity shares.

Wednesday is the record date for dividend by Data Patterns (India) (Rs 3.5 per share), Ion Exchange (Rs 10 per share), RSWM (Rs 25 per share, Gujarat Themis Biosyn (Rs 4 per share), SNL Bearings (Rs 6.5 per share) and IL&FS Investment Managers (Re 0.4 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Monday.
