NSE-BSE bulk deals: Ellipsis Partners sells stake in Max India

MUMBAI: Ellipsis Partners today sold 2.3 million shares of Max India at Rs 64.5 per share through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Shares of Max India ended 0.7 per cent lower at Rs 65.2 on the NSE.

In another transaction, Authum Investment bought 300,000 shares of Bharat Wire Ropes at Rs 40.5 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE. Prior to the deal, Authum Investment held 13.8 per cent stake in the company.

Shares of Bharat Wire Ropes ended 4.4 per cent higher at Rs. 41.95 on the NSE.

Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the block deals data for the day on their respective websites at the time of publishing.
