Corporate Radar: Ruchi Soya, Nykaa, PB Fintech Q4 results; stock splits, dividends & more

NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

Shares of Gujchem Distillers India and Sawaca Business Machines will go ex-split today. Both the companies had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10. Sawaca Business Machines shares will also go ex-bonus today in 10:100 ratio.

Shares of Solar Industries will go ex-dividend. The company had announced a final dividend of Rs 7.5 per share. Manappuram Finance will also go ex-dividend today. It had announced an interim dividend of Re 0.75 per share.

JSW Steel, GAIL, FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa), United Spirits, Info Edge (India), Ruchi Soya, PB Fintech and Oil India are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Sumitomo Chemical India, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, General Insurance Corporation of India, Sun TV Network, and Godrej Industries are some other companies scheduled to report their March quarter results today.

3M India, Heritage Foods, Rama Phosphates, Munjal Auto Industries, Ansal Housing and Kkalpana Industries (India) are some of the companies that have their AGMs today.
