Godrej Properties shares drop 0.39% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Godrej Properties Ltd. traded at Rs 1150.8 on BSE at 01:43PM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.39 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1128.45 and a high of Rs 1791.85.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 80.12 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 14.38 per share and 5.36 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 29,088 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:43PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 32041.92 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 35.48 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 2.9 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1169.85 and Rs 1128.45.

Promoters held 58.37 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2022. FII and MF ownership in Godrej Properties Ltd. stood at 27.73 per cent and 2.71 per cent, respectively.
